Our Story
Mahogany Homestead didn’t start with a business plan. It started at home.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jazmine Mahogany began exploring a more intentional way of living. She started growing food, making things from scratch, spending more time in the kitchen, and paying closer attention to the things our family used and enjoyed every day.
Before long, the rest of us were along for the ride.
We weren’t trying to become traditional homesteaders or leave modern life behind. We simply fell in love with parts of that way of living. The simplicity. The resourcefulness. The connection to food and family. And the satisfaction of making something with your own hands.
So, we made it our own.
What Jazmine started at home gradually grew into something we began building together. Today, Mahogany Homestead is owned by Jazmine and London Mahogany. Jazmine brings her love of food and flavor to the heart of the brand, while London brings the creative vision that helps bring it all to life and share it with the world.
Along the way, we realized that the things we loved creating for our own home could become something worth sharing with yours.
That idea became the inspiration behind our signature products. We take the warmth and simplicity of homestead living and give it a modern, elevated Mahogany touch. From our seasoned olive oils and signature seasonings to whatever we dream up next, we create things that feel special enough to stand out, yet familiar enough to become part of everyday life.
We’re still growing, still experimenting, and still discovering what this little homestead of ours can become.
But wherever it takes us, it will always come back to where it started.
